PIN Cards are exclusively available to commercial customers of Heron Point LLC. With the purchase of a 6 lb. case pack of Heron Point brand 16 oz. crab meat from an authorized distributor, a PIN Card will be included in the case. The PIN Card contains a unique PIN, along with a QR code. Simply scan the QR code to be directed to HeronPointWin.com. Once there, create an account, and after your account is set up, enter your PIN to start playing and winning!

If you have won an instant prize after entering your PIN, you will be prompted to complete a release form at that time. Please note that you will not be declared an official winner until this form is verified and completed. Once we receive the form, if all is in order, your prize will be mailed directly to you at the address that you provided on the release form. We will only reach out to you if we need further information. To avoid delays, please ensure that all the information on the form is complete and accurate.

If you have not yet completed the release form, you can access it by logging in to your game account. Once logged in, click on My Game Account, find the PIN that you had entered that won you an instant prize, and click on the link to the release form. PLEASE NOTE! We cannot declare you as an official winner until the release form is completed and verified.

If you are drawn in the online portion of the contest you will receive a phone call or email from us with further instructions to claim your prize. Please note that we will contact you using the information you provided when you completed our online registration form to SIGN-UP. A maximum of three attempts will be made to contact the winner.

No, once you have entered your PIN online, you may discard your PIN card. You can view your PIN entries on your My Account page. However, for your own records and reference, you may keep the PIN Card and discard it after the contest is done.

You can obtain an entry into the Contest as outlines below without making a purchase, by sending a request by mail to "Heron Point Anniversary PIN Request, 600 Main Street, #300, Tonawanda, NY 14151-0888”. Requests must be received by November 1, 2025. Limit: one entry per request; one request per outer mailing envelope, one request per day. No mechanically reproduced or computer-generated requests allowed. You must include: Your first name, last name, Distributor or Operator Business Name, a valid email address and a minimum 100 word essay on which Heron Point Seafood crab meat product is your favorite. Send all required information with your request in order to receive your no purchase entry.
